The Rising Hill Road Community Services District (RHRCSD) was created in El Dorado County in 1983 as one of the many Community Services Districts allowed by a California State Law governing CSDs.

In our case, the residents created a CSD to maintain the roads and bridge. The five-member governing Board of Directors is elected by the community (not appointed by the county) and are your neighbors. See the “About Us” page for more information.

Every district resident is invited to participate in each of at least four CSD meetings. If you have any concerns and wish them to be acted upon by the board they should be submitted to the board five days before the next meeting.  Use the “contact us” or any of our emails.
